Q What is the warranty period for your motors?
A The warranty period for standard products is 6 months. For customized products, the warranty period can be negotiated according to the application conditions. For quality problems caused by non-human damage within the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement services.

Q Can I get samples for testing first?
A Yes. We provide 1-2 free samples for testing (shipping cost borne by the customer), and the bulk order will be signed after the test is passed.

Q What is the lead time for custom motor prototypes?
A The lead time for regular custom prototypes is 20-30 working days. If special structure or parameter adjustments are involved, the cycle will be appropriately extended according to the complexity of the solution, which can be confirmed by communicating with our engineers.

A Yes, we do. Based on your application scenarios, power, torque, size, voltage and other core parameters, we provide one-stop customization services from solution design, prototype sampling to mass production, and also support small-batch customization needs.
